By signing below, Customer confirms that the services and/or equipment listed above have been completed and received to their satisfaction, and that the vehicle(s) were returned in working condition with no issues observed at the time of completion.

Customer acknowledges that installation may require drilling, mounting hardware, routing wires, and interfacing with the vehicle’s electrical system, and authorizes Traxxis GPS Solutions, Inc. to perform such work as necessary. Customer agrees to review and approve equipment placement and installation method with the technician prior to work beginning. If no objections are made at the time of installation, the work will be deemed approved.

Customer agrees to pay all charges for work performed, including installation, equipment, labor, and any approved additional services, at the rates quoted, agreed upon, or invoiced.

Installations and labor are warranted for ninety (90) days from the date of service. This warranty excludes damage caused by tampering, misuse, third-party modifications, or pre-existing conditions. Traxxis GPS Solutions, Inc. is not responsible for cosmetic changes reasonably required to complete the installation.

Customer releases and agrees to hold harmless Traxxis GPS Solutions, Inc. from future claims related to the use or performance of the installed equipment, except where prohibited by law.
